The Hockey IntelliGym, the first ever hockey-sense training tool, is co-developed by USA Hockey (USAH) and Applied Cognitive Engineering (ACE).

Research & development of the hockey training system is now in final stages. The extensive research was conducted by a team of leading cognitive engineers and top national hockey coaches.

First teams to use The Hockey IntelliGym™ will be the U-17 and U-18 National Teams of the National Team Development Program (NTDP) in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The final product will then be available for the entire ice-hockey community. Being built with personalization mechanism, The Hockey IntelliGym™ adopts to the strengths and weaknesses of each and every player, to guarantee the most effective training experience.

The technology implemented in The Hockey IntelliGym™ is the same one originally used for fighter pilots in the air force and The Basketball IntelliGym™.

Being based on the essentials of Cognitive Simulation, the product follows the most scientific guidelines of an effective brain-gym, while being engaging and even fun for the athletes.
